Together we will find the time for you to exercise; I will do all the thinking; your sessions will be enjoyable, varied, challenging and tailored to your needs.Our sessions will not be complicated or intimidating.
I will give you dietry advice based on proven scientific research, not fad diets. You need not be hungry or miss meals to loose weight!
There is no usual pattern to how I work. You may choose to see me several times a week, just once or even less. Many current clients started seeing me frequently and then as they became more confident, and achieved their goals, booked sessions less often.
I can write exercise plans for you to take away and do on your own between sessions.
